Here’s an example of how I can post elements needing remote approval:

I can even take you into Multi screen animation, here's one example of a background element used in a 5 screen presentation. One master animation is rendered and 5 synchronous animation's are then extracted. The results become stunning across multiple screens.

You might ask, "Can you provide me Macintosh compatible work?"  To that end all Mac to PC and PC to Mac graphic formats have been explored for the best product deliverable.

"When working in a cross platform environment, finding solutions just comes with the territory."

How can I tap into this resource?

Project requirements:

1) A job request must be submitted, no projects will be accepted verbally. A description of all the graphics will need to be carefully reviewed and a job estimate will be worked up based on that request.

2) A full project description will be needed to ascertain how the individual elements will fit, relate and interact with the project as a whole. (i.e. Project descriptions, scripts and or treatments)

3) If outside approval is required we will need to know whom this party is and how to interact with them.  We can provide, color renderings and basic motion tests. This will be made available if requested via a project web page posting.

4) Your animation can be delivered on CD, zip drive, SyQuest or videotape. We will need to know what platform these graphics will be read up on, PC or Macintosh.

For budgeting reasons it is important to consider these often overlooked areas:
Research, Artwork acquisitions, Music, Voice-overs and Client changes

Research can either mean finding the artwork in-house or for purchase. Research can also mean working out special effects for your presentation.

Artwork: Some clip art and 3D objects may need to be purchased. We may have the clip art pictures available and we may be able to provide them as part of the research portion of your project. If we can't find what we need in-house then we will look to a stock picture house.
Many of the 3D objects your project will require will be modeled in-house. Depending on your time constraints they can also be purchased.

Music and sound effects can be handled right here.  (Some licensing fees may apply.) You can also send us your music or finished audio bed.

Voice-overs: I can schedule your V.O. talent  and audio editing and see that you receive a complete audio bed.

Client changes are always a given. Allow ample time in your schedule for changes. Define specifically what can be changed and at what phase in the production process. Set deadline dates for every approval. Also make provisions to charge for client induced delays. Remember change is good if there's time and it's billable.

Special closing note: For staging we can create still renderings or animation from your CAD files. Contact Bryan to discuss your file format options.
